Born into a musical family, Marie Kuijken has a background in fortepiano, singing, acting and directing. She collaborates extensively with baroque violinist Sigiswald Kuijken: since 2012, Marie Kuijken is Stage Director and Expressivity Coach for singers at La Petite Bande and the yearly La Petite Bande Academy.
